Implemented standardized local, regional and global reporting packages covering all business lines, creating greater transparency of processing risks.

 

Implemented complete suite of MIS, covering the areas of Control, Cost and Efficiency.

 

Developed and implemented ‘Transaction Processing Efficiencies’ reporting, including a ticket costing model and productivity measures for support functions. Resulted in reduction of cancel and correct rates by over 50%.

 

Interim management of the North America Reporting & Control function, primarily focused around New York and Chicago.
